We’re seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR professional to join our team in Amritsar. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, supporting the HR team, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and talent acquisition
• Employee onboarding and induction
• Employee relations and engagement
• Performance management
• Maintaining HR records and databases
• Assisting in policy development and implementation

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of experience in HR (Freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
